Terms of Service

1. Your Account

• You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to open an account.
• Provide accurate, current information and update it as needed.
• Keep your password confidential; you are responsible for all activity under your account.
• If you suspect unauthorised use, email  support@thetastefulmemories.com.
• You may close your account at any time by contacting us.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Services. For example, you will not:

1. Defame, harass, threaten, or abuse others.
2. Upload or share content that is obscene, hateful, racist, violent, or otherwise objectionable or unlawful.
3. Transmit viruses, malware, or any destructive code.
4. Attempt to access another user’s account or non-public areas of the Services.
5. Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services.

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if we believe you have breached these Terms.

3. Your Content

You retain ownership of the recipes, stories, photographs, and other materials (“User Content”) you upload. By submitting User Content you grant Tasteful Memories a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, process, print, and display that content solely to provide the Services you request (e.g. live previews, book layout, printing, and customer support) or for any additional purpose to which you explicitly consent (such as marketing with your permission).

You represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary to upload the Content, that it does not infringe third-party rights, and—if it depicts people—that you have their consent (or a parent/guardian’s consent for minors).

You are encouraged to keep backup copies of your Content; we are not liable for lost data.

4. Purchases & Subscriptions

• Prices and product offerings may change at any time without notice.
• We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse service, cancel orders, or decline coupon/promotional code use at our discretion.
• Payments are processed via Stripe; full card numbers are never stored on our servers.
• Digital subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• We will replace any product that arrives with printing defects or shipping damage. Photo evidence may be required.
• Custom-printed books are generally non-returnable once sent to print except for defects; see our FAQ for current shipping, returns, and refund policies.

5. Third-Party and Connected Services

The Services may link to or integrate with third-party websites or tools (e.g. payment processors, print partners, analytics). Tasteful Memories is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party service; your use of those services is governed by their respective terms.

You may choose to connect social platforms (such as Google Photos) to import or share content. Access can be revoked at any time in your account settings.

6. Intellectual Property

Tasteful Memories logos, designs, and all software are the property of Tasteful Memories Ltd. or its licensors. Except for the limited licence granted in Section 3, these Terms do not transfer any Tasteful Memories intellectual property to you. You may not use our trademarks without prior written consent.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or misuse the Services. Upon termination the licence in Section 3 ends, but Sections 6, 8, 9, and 12 survive.

8. Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We strive for a high-quality experience but do not guarantee that the Services will meet your expectations, be uninterrupted, or error-free, or that printed colours will perfectly match on-screen previews.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tasteful Memories and its suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any amount that exceeds the fees you paid to Tasteful Memories in the twelve months preceding the claim—or €50 if you have not paid anything.

10. Data Retention & Deletion

We store User Content until you delete it or close your account. Aggregated order records may be retained for tax, anti-fraud, or legal reasons. For details see our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Nicosia, Cyprus, unless applicable law provides you with stronger consumer protections.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. If changes are material, we will notify you by email or an in-app banner. Continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
